1. Single-Building Event Rental
Host your event in one building with your group’s activities centered in that dedicated area. Please note that other groups may also be on the property in separate buildings. With our 40 acres, there is ample space between groups.
2. Single-Building + Property Buy-Out
Reserve one building for your event and lodging, while securing exclusive access to the entire property. This way, no other groups will be present during your stay.
3. Full Estate Rental
Rent the entire estate — all buildings and 40 acres — for complete exclusivity. Ideal for large events, multi-family gatherings, or weekend-long celebrations. The Luxury Lodge — Up to 80 Guests
The crown jewel of Scimitar Ridge Ranch is our 22,000 sq ft Luxury Lodge, designed to host both overnight stays and elegant events in one unforgettable setting.
The lodge can accommodate:

Yellowstone Event Center (Up to 200 Guests)
The Yellowstone Event Center has quickly become one of the premier large-scale event venues in our region.
This 5,700 sq ft lodge-style venue is constructed from lodgepole pine logs salvaged after the 1988 Yellowstone fire, creating a truly rare and rustic setting.

Our cabins are perfect for groups of 4 to 50, all depending on your specific needs.
We also offer the Ark - its bunk-style accommodations allow the ranch to scale for larger groups or multi-building rentals.
The cabins and Ark are each equipped with their own living areas, full-size kitchens with ample dining space, comfortable sleeping quarters, and room to socialize and explore.

Cozy Cabins -
Comfortable & Flexible
Our cabins offer a practical and comfortable lodging option forour guests.
This area works especially well for groups that value flexibility, shared gathering spaces, and easy access to outdoor amenities.
The lower level includes two spacious duplex-style cabins, each featuring 3+ bedrooms, two bathrooms, and full kitchens. Together, they comfortably accommodate approximately 16 guests.
Upstairs, the bunkhouse provides additional sleeping space for up to 30 more guests, making the cabins comples ideal for groups of 50 or fewer.
Just steps away, guests have access to the covered BBQ Pavilion, which includes a kitchen, restroom facilities, and seating for up to 50 people. This makes it easy for groups to gather for outdoor meals, meetings, or evening hangouts without needing to go far.

The Ark -
Practical & Accommodating
The Ark is purpose-built for large group vacations, offering a rare balance of privacy, shared space, and high-capacity lodging — all under one roof.
With six private bedrooms, multiple bunk rooms, and shared camp-style restrooms, The Ark can accommodate up to 120 overnight guests, making it one of the most efficient lodging options on the property for large groups.
The upstairs level features a central sleeping area with seven twin bunks alongside private bedrooms furnished with queen and twin beds.
Downstairs, guests will find five large bunk rooms with a mix of triple and double bunks, ideal for organizing groups by families, age groups, or activities.
A large kitchen and welcoming dining area serve as the heart of The Ark, creating a natural gathering place for shared meals, planning sessions, and downtime together.
