Do you host weddings at Scimitar Ridge Ranch?

Yes! Our estate is a popular elegant wedding venue, offering both indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces, including Faith’s Chapel and the Luxury Lodge. Couples often book the entire property to combine rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and overnight lodging all in one location.

Can the ranch accommodate executive retreats or corporate retreats?

Most definitely! We host corporate and executive retreats with flexible indoor spaces, breakout rooms, Wi-Fi, AV equipment, and scenic areas for team building. Many companies use our event center and luxury lodge for planning sessions, workshops, and leadership getaways.

Is Scimitar Ridge Ranch available for church retreats and faith-based gatherings?

Gladly. We welcome men’s, women’s, and youth church retreats. The chapel, lodge, and outdoor areas provide ideal settings for services, prayer meetings, and fellowship.

How many guests can stay overnight?

‍

Between the Luxury Lodge, The Ark, cabins, and bunkhouse, the property can accommodate up to 220 overnight guests. The Ark alone provides lodging for 120, making it ideal for large retreats and reunions.

What is the maximum guest capacity for events?

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early arrivals or late departures may be arranged in advance depending on the booking schedule.

Do you allow outside catering or alcohol service?

Yes. Outside catering is permitted, and many couples and groups bring in their preferred vendors. Alcohol service may be allowed with appropriate licensing and must comply with local regulations.

Is the property accessible and is there on-site parking?

Unfortunately no, pets are not allowed on the property in order to maintain a safe and allergy-free environment for all guests.
